The ICT Team manage and deliver all aspects of ICT services which are provided to the Council. They work to ensure that the digital solutions (hardware and software) deployed meet customer needs and they strive to resolve issues when they occur. ICT manage the introduction of new services, service improvements and retirements and aim to deliver a reliable and secure service that enables business efficiency.
The ICT team particularly focuses on:

- Full achievement of the contract SLA’s and PIs
- Actively engaging in service improvement initiatives
- Delivery of projects on time, budget and to quality criteria
- Implementing systems that streamline processes and reduce costs

Our parent company, Agilisys, provides cutting edge digital platforms such as ‘My Account’ which allows Council customers to access key local authority services online at any time. Our solutions offer an integrated approach that joins up data and focuses on serving the customer. We also use SharePoint to reliably enable collaborative and flexible working that allows users to manage their workflows better.
We work with the Council to provide a professional and commercial ICT service delivery through implementation of best practice frameworks and ISO standards.
