Kay is the Chief Executive of Agilisys. She is a firm believer in working in strategic partnership with clients to develop an innovative, tailored solution which meets their individual requirements, and has an excellent track record of success. She is passionate about maximising the benefits of partnership for all partners, and about making a positive impact upon both customer satisfaction and cost.
Sue is the Chief Executive of Elevate East London where she oversees the joint venture's continued growth, profitability and business development. As Elevate CEO, she is a member of the Elevate LLP board, working directly with the Agilisys and Barking and Dagenham Council management.
Sue joined Elevate from Barking and Dagenham Council, where she held the role of Divisional Director of Assets and Commercial Services. Her experience within the public sector spans more than 10 years in senior roles, including CEO at Barking and Havering LIFT Co, a key supplier of health centres to the NHS. Sue is also a Chartered Accountant.
Louise has experience and detailed knowledge of a wide range of Local Authority services, including Customer Services, Revenues and Benefits, ICT and Social Care amongst others. Recently, she has led Agilisys’ consultancy programme with the Royal Borough of Kingston, and the Hyde Group social housing programme. She was integral in developing the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham Customer Access Strategy and helped deliver their Transformation Programme.
Graham joined Elevate in June 2011 as Business and Finance Director. Prior to joining Elevate he was Finance Director of the IT Services business at Xchanging and has also spent time in the Healthcare sector, doing M & A and consulting work in Nursing Home businesses.
Graeme looks after Elevate's corporate services bringing with him experience in delivering successful outcomes for a range of public and private sector clients. He has an excellent track record in operational, project and programme delivery.He has a range of experience with both Public and Private sector clients, and was previously a Head of IT at the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, from which he TUPE transferred into Agilisys.
As Elevate's Customer Services Director, David works primarily in Barking and Dagenham . He has extensive experience of revenues collection work in local government where he has been head of service leading income recovery in three London Boroughs. David has a deep understanding of the issues facing local government, and is influential as an advisor to London Councils at the DWP/LAA Steering Group. He is a regular speaker at IRRV conferences and events. As a practitioner he has led service transformations in a number of Local Authorities. He is also an experienced consultant who has led transformation activity in a number of revenues and benefit services.
Emma joined Elevate with over 10 years experience in both public and private sector, leading the HR teams strategy. Having previously led operational and strategic HR teams through periods of transformation she is determined to play a crucial part in the continued development of Elevate East London.
Martin joined Elevate as Procurement BPO Manager during the company's initiation. Since then he has developed a strong procurement strategy for the company and is now heading the Strategic Procurement division. Martin joined Elevate from Capita where he spent two years as Procurement Solutions Manager working on a number of projects including Southampton City Council, Birmingham City Council and Harrow Council. Prior to Capita, Martin has also taken senior responsibilities at e-Three and TFL.
Mark joined the Elevate team having transferred over from an East London enterprise agency to Agilisys.
He has since been leading a team of business support and serviced office professionals to develop, launch & operate a network of enterprise centres offering a fully integrated range of business support service and flexible accommodation for start-up and existing businesses;
Mark is focussed on regenerating local economies by creating jobs through the promotion of enterprise and entrepreneurship, the creation of new start-up businesses and the support of new and existing high-growth SMEs.
