Elevate at a Glance

Elevate is a joint venture between the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) and Agilisys, one of the UK’s most innovative and successful service providers. Elevate delivers improved council services, better value for money, and will save council taxpayers millions.

The joint venture, in effect from December 1st, initially delivers a range of services on behalf of LBBD, including:

The innovative joint venture combines the private sector’s skills, expertise, and economies of scale, together with the Council’s deep understanding of their customers and services. Together, Agilisys and the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham will be able to achieve substantial savings, helping the council to protect frontline services
